This blue wonderful dress from Delby Bragais’ collection made me smile. The textures she used on his collection worked together perfectly. The bodice of this dress is just perfect and the taffeta (?) skirt wow-ed me.

Turn the dress into pink, you’d look very much like a Barbie.
